Is solving 5 years QP enough? For A level physics AS

It’s a good start. You can be doing this along with topic papers from Physics and Maths tutor, making your own flashcards and revising them, working out of the textbook and just reading up on the subject to help you better understand the concepts. Past papers are great but I found that they shouldn’t be done as the only source of revision, at least in physics, as I found that there were one or two topics I struggled with in the AS test because those topics hadn’t showed up in any of my past papers. Hope that helps
