I'm working with complex number. How would I convert this complex number to polar form. Thanks
1+cos^2theta-sin^2theta+2i(sintheta)(costheta)

You should recognise some standard trig identities?

Edit - it would help to see the full question. Translations of polar form are a bit fiddly (the +1) and putting it into the usual polar form is slighly fiddly, though if its some form of question which "allows" a negative magnitude (or theta is restricted), then its straightforward
