Sixth Form Personal Statement

Personal Profile: I am a highly motivated, self disciplined and dedicated apprentice; I can contribute and undertake any facilities in a variety of situations, which combines good communication and management skills, with a high degree of enthusiasm and analytical thought processes, Ambitious, pro-active and with a breadth of additional diverse skills

Objectives: I would like to study in Greenhead College. I would like to study Pharmacy; if I get in I will study all three sciences and probably ICT. Then I will like to go to University, in University I would like to continue my studies in Pharmacy

Education: 2003-current at Fartown High School Personal/work Experiences: 20-24 October Description: I was a Sales Assistant at Boots the Chemist at Huddersfield Town Centre. It was my responsibility to advice customers on merchandise price, feature and services

As a Sales Assistant I was to keep the place tidy, help customers and to stock check. I was not allowed to use the tills as I was on my work experience for only a week

Interest: Other than attending School I also like to participate in sports, such as, Netball, Hockey and Rounders

Also I like to surf the net and to listen to music whilst working.
