Stuffed Chicken Breast

Ingredients

• Chicken breast
• Chopped tomatoes
• Cheese

Method

Butterfly (cut open) the chicken breast and stuff with chopped tomatoes and cheese.

Cover with thinly sliced cheese (keeps moist during cooking).

Cook until golden brown and then eat with whatever you want.
