looking at ljmu and i see they don’t have a very big or ‘good’ student union i’ve heard student unions are a big part of uni. is this true or does it not really matter that much?
You’re right student unions are a big part of uni life but John moores SU is great! It’s student-run so they put on great, various events throughout the year which are free most of the time. They also run loads of societies and sport clubs helping to organise leagues, tournaments and social events.
I’m not sure what other university student unions are like but John Moores is very supportive to all!
