Hey, I’m looking for an undergraduate full-time KCL student to take over my tenancy at Moonraker Point. The contract is until 24/06/2023 and would be £347 per week.
It’s a spacious ensuite room with a small double bed (120 x 190cm), desk, and wardrobe. The kitchen is shared with 8 other people in the flat who are really nice and easy to get along with.
The location is close to KCL campuses and is only a 5 minute walk from the closest tube station (Southwark). It’s also a close walk to the shops and restaurants.
Facilities in Moonraker include a common room, study room, and laundry room.
