Nothing you can really prepare for, it will probably be just tasks and scenarios which you have ti provide a solution for and problem-solve on the spot

Yeah…It’s a filter stage, only passing this stage comes the real in person “AC” which includes presentation.

I spoke to couple of graduate from previous year, even they had virtual assessment center and not in person. But, they had presentation and interview and not micro activities.
Also, on the portal next step is the offer stage.

I’m currently waiting for confirmation about AC, I applied for the Electrical Engineering role, and that I have “reached the standard for the programme”. However I am waiting on whether or not I will be invited to the AC.

Oh...I hope so. Maybe they changed the selection process this year? I had the virtual assessment over a week ago and was told there will be in person assessment centre after the virtual assessment selection :frown:

You are right. They have changed the process this year and I had a discussion with the individual who issued the email. This serves as the initial phase of the final round, and those chosen will proceed to the second stage. Can you share details about your virtual assessment?

My friend secured a position at NR last year as a graduate engineer. After receiving the offer letter, there were in-person assessments for socialising with all the graduates who were hired that year. Might be they changed hiring process this year!
