What is the Best Way to use Anki Pro, for large info chunks?

Hello, I am wondering if anyone could help me out. I have heard that Anki Pro is very good for spaced repetition, memorization ect and I have been using it, and sure it's good but so far has been kind of underwhelming.
I am wondering if anyone knows what is the best way to use it in terms of structuring the flashcards, to learn big chunks of information - for my essay subjects this would be extremely useful - I'm talking like a small sized paragraph of info.
I have tried doing one side with the chunk of info on, with words replaced by dashes and then the gaps filled in on the other side but I feel like there must be a better way to do it! Perhaps writing a question about the paragraph on one side and I have to sort of replicate it / type it out on the other?... If anyone has any advice, ideas or experience it would be much appreciated!
Sorry you've not had any responses about this. :frown: Are you sure you've posted in the right place? Here's a link to our subject forum which should help get you more responses if you post there.
