Equity trusts advice
Hi,
I just wanted some advice/help on what structure/case law to apply to use for the two below:
I give my home ‘House’ and my shares in Limited to be held on trust for such of my children, x and y, who attain 25 years old and ifmore than one, in equal shares.
I give the residue of my estate to Shelter (a registered charity).
