Top Finance Career with B in A level Maths

Heading into a good uni to do a degree that doesn’t apply to finance/banking. Is it worth resitting my Maths A level to achieve higher than a B or would that be pointless? Considering going into law which may be more forgiving of the B in Maths. I’m not dead set on finance/banking either way so I won’t mind if it is unrealistic to land a top job with my current grade or even with a higher resit grade. Just curious as to whether it would even be possible to break into banking.
