PGDL Constitutional Law
Hi, I'm trying to find a case related to any of the following and the rule of law:
- access to justice
-fees to challenge an Act
- transparency of the legal system
- no legal aid
The case must be post UNISON so 2018-2024.
I need something where a judgment has been given stating that either:
- lack of availability of legal aid to launch a judicial review breaches the rule of law
- lack of transparency ( private hearings) breaches the rule of law
- charging fees to challenge a statutory instrument breaches the rule of law
I've looked all over the main databases with a variety of search terms and i can't find anything post-UNISON. I really need to improve my research skills.
