I left my ham mayo salad sandwich out overnight
Is it safe to eat?

I would not eat it in that case

How long has it been out? Was the ham very fresh to begin with. Personally, I'd probably chuck it. It's only a ham sarnie, after all. Not worth risking the squits for.

Don't eat it if you didn't leave it in the fridge. A guy died just by leaving his pasta out overnight.
I think the first mistake was buying/making a ham mayo sandwich

I bought the ham yesterday and made it with only fresh stuff

I'd still chuck it. It's probably been out at 20°C for ten–twelve hours. That's enough to grow some pretty nasty bacteria. As I said, not worth risking having the squits for just a ham sarnie. Make another one.
