What did you eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner today?

Breakfast: skipped it

Lunch: chinese chicken on a stick

Dinner: meatballs with chickpeas in Moroccan sauce, with couscous

I'm going to try not to have supper. I really need to lose weight.

Edit: I had a bowl of leftover chicken and vegetable casserole for supper

(Yesterday)

Breakfast: watermelon and strawberries. Lemon & ginger tea.

Lunch: falafel wrap, egg salad, and cucumber & carrot sticks with jalapeño houmous. Ginger ale.

Dinner: salt & chilli chips and chicken. (takeout)

Dessert: chocolate éclair, strawberries, and raspberries. Cabernet sauvignon.

Yesterday:

Breakfast: skipped it

Lunch: skipped it

Dinner & Supper: I split my dinner in half and had some at dinner time and some for supper.
Liver, onions, bacon, mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables, and gravy.
Breakfast: 2 slices of toast with strawberry jam, coconut soya yoghurt, and a handful of strawberries. Ginger ale.

Lunch: cheeseburger and chips at Wetherspoons. Corona. 🍻

Snack Blueberry muffin. Earl Grey tea.

Dinner: beef noodle broth made with rump steak, rice vermicelli, beansprouts, pak choi, scallions, and mushrooms. Cabernet sauvignon.
Breakfast: skipped it

Lunch: skipped it

Dinner & Supper: I split my dinner in half and had some at dinner time, and I've saved the other half for supper.
Bacon steak with cream cheese and caramelised red onion, cauliflower cheese, crispy cubed potatoes, and root vegetable mash

(for a bit of definition, dinner is around 7pm and supper is around midnight, which is not as weird as it sounds as I tend to sleep around 4am-12pm)

Breakfast: Lorne sausage & a fried egg in a bread roll, and watermelon. Earl Grey tea and orange juice.

Lunch: falafel wrap and egg salad.

Dinner: sweet potato wedges and popcorn chicken. Tropical soft drink.

Supper: rich tea biscuits and Earl Grey tea.
Breakfast: Honey Nut Shredded Wheat
Lunch: Fried Egg Sandwich
Dinner: Tomato pasta
Breakfast: Mini pancakes, strawberries and a drizzle of chocolate sauce.
Lunch: Salami and cheese with crackers.
Dinner: Chicken wraps. I marinated the chicken in yoghurt, Lebanese 7 spice seasoning, salt, pepper, fresh lemon juice, chilli flakes and garlic.
Breakfast: skipped it

Lunch: skipped it

Dinner & Supper: (split between the two meal times): 1 can of mackerel in tomato sauce, 100g spaghetti, some grated cheddar
Breakfast: tea and cookies

Lunch: chicken burger and chips

Dinner: my lunch was both lunch and dinner.

And before going bed a small glass of milk
Breakfast (1/2, home): 45g Alpen (no added sugar) muesli with soya milk. Orange juice.

Breakfast (2/2, work): 2 slices of toast with cream cheese and a coconut soya yoghurt. Breakfast tea with oat milk.

Lunch: falafel wrap, egg salad, cucumber sticks and houmous, and watermelon. Black coffee.

Snack: Kit kat lotus biscoff bites. Ginger ale. (blood sugar boost)

Dinner: seasoned salmon, white rice, and homemade miso soup*.

*my first time attempting this! Next time less seaweed and no added salt! 😂

This is also how I feel looking at most people's posts. :lol:
breakfast: coffee and a pear
lunch: lamb sandwich (sounds gross but thats the best way to explain it.. called something else in my language)
dinner: palau if yk what that is (basically rice cooked in chicken broth and spices)

I'm nearly 5 stone over what would be considered normal BMI for me. The only reason I'm currently eating so little, is because I previously ate too much :laugh:
I'm going on holiday in July and I'm determined to be slightly less of a roly poly hippo on the beach.

So today:

Breakfast: skipped it

Lunch: skipped it

Snack: handful of raw mushrooms

Dinner & Supper (split between the two meals): spaghetti bolognese with a little grated cheese

Snack: small amount of dry Allbran
