What did you eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner today?

Breakfast: 2 weetabix + almond milk + honey + mixed nuts, ham and cheese omelette
Snack: banana, cheese + crackers + pesto
Another snack a few hours later: salt and pepper crisps
Lunch: mixed veg soup, chicken + sweetcorn + black olives + lettuce + mayo sandwich
Snack: salami + ham + sweetcorn + black olives + lettuce + mayo sandwich, cheesecake
Dinner: Mixed veg soup, chicken + mayo wrap
Dessert: salted dark chocolate

Breakfast: sausage baguette. Orange juice. Coffee.

Lunch: skipped.

Dinner: cheese & chips, salt & chilli chicken (takeout). Coke.
Breakfast: a punnet of strawberries. Red bull. Coffee.

Lunch: Demae ramen chicken flavour instant noodles leftover salt 'n' chilli chicken. Gingerale.

Dinner: 6 McNugget meal and a cheeseburger. Coke.

Snack: cookies & cream pocky.

Breakfast: honeydew melon, kiwi fruit, and strawberries, and a coconut soya yoghurt.

Lunch (x1): pre-made salad, Thai sweet chilli crisps. Gingerale.
Lunch (x2)*: Spicy Big Tasty & fries (takeout 🔨)

Dinner: spinach & ricotta tortellini in tomato & chilli sauce with steamed broccoli, Brussels sprouts, and carrots. Cabernet sauvignon.


*I was still hungry after eating lunch so went to McDonalds and bought a second. 😅

Snacks: blueberries and watermelon. Coffee. Sencha.

Lunch: Naked Thai sweet chilli soup & 4 slices of bread. Coke.

Dinner: vegetable noodle soup made with rice vermicelli, beansprouts, mushrooms, red & green chillis, broccoli, and carrot. Caberbet sauvignon.

Lunch: tomato mushroom penne. Coke.

Snack: cake.

Dinner: jeyuk deopbap. Soju cocktail.
Breakfast: All Natural apricot & almond bar. Two slices of toast with cream cheese. Twinnings "Detox" tea.

Lunch: popcorn chicken, fries, and corn on the kob at KFC (takeout 🔨). Coke.

Dinner: beef noodle broth*. Cabernet sauvignon.

*made with sirloin steak, rice vermicelli, onion, garlic, beansprouts, broccoli, and mushrooms.
Breakfast: very reluctantly skipped.

Lunch: two bread rolls with lorne sausage & fried eggs. Spice imperial tea.

Dinner: loaded fries (cheese, chicken, jalapeños). (takeout)

Lunch: salad*, rice, a hard-boiled egg, cucumber & carrot sticks with red pepper houmous. Spice imperial tea.

Dinner: cod/haddock/salmon fishcake and curly fries. Coke.

*made with pak choi, cucumber; red, yellow & green bell peppers, red onion, salt & pepper croutons and cheddar in a garlic & herb dressing.

Yesterday:
Breakfast: iced/milky coffee and multivitamins
cereal and milk
freshly squeezed orange juice

At school : chicken and salad baguette, diet pepsi and Doritos (tesco meal deal)

Home:
afternoon: mixed berries
dinner: ribeye steak, greens (peas, kale, asparagus, broccoli), and curly fries with pepper sauce gravy
lemon drizzle cake

before bed: 1/2 cup pistachios, protein smoothie with soy milk (trying to cut down on milk for my skin), peanut butter, banana, protein powder.

Breakfast: 2 potato waffles each topped with a fried egg. Cranberry juice.

Lunch: salad*, a hard-boiled egg, carrot sticks with red pepper houmous. Coke.
*made with pak choi, cucumber; red, yellow & green bell peppers, red onion, and cheddar in a garlic & herb dressing.

Dinner: jacket potato with a vegan mushroom chilli. Cabernet sauvignon.
I followed this recipe for the chilli and it came out so well. :biggrin:
