It would be great to get a big 4 firm on your cv but you should consider exit opportunities for each service line as well as salary and location etc.

I have offers for the Finance NHS GMTS and Audit at EY. Which one will provide the best salary progression and career development? I am worried that I may be more limited at the NHS.
EY will provide more opportunities for career progression and they offer amazing salary and other benefits. A Big 4 on your CV is amazing! Also which specialism did you apply for?
