Anything considered "a bourgeoisie extravagance".

All luxury foods, almost all branded goods and high street takeaways.
Any items from the Coca Cola Company, Haribo, Pepsi, Lucozade, McDonalds, KFC, Heinz, Walkers Crisps, Nestlé, Costa, Starbucks and most supermarkets.
Caviar, equine meat, game, goose & duck, lamb, oysters, pork, pigeon, rabbit, turkey and venison.
Fruits Pastels
Pig meat
None :erm:
I do find it particularly strange the number of oppressive households.

Nothing was "banned" because I wasn't raised in lunacy.
Fizzy drinks were banned except for on birthdays or Christmas.

Nothing was banned in my house.
I cant think of anything that was banned
Nothing was banned but we didn’t eat anything to excess.
I grew up in the 70s so takeaways and ready meals just weren’t a thing. Everything was proper cooking. And by default healthy

I bet you had an interesting childhood with respect to food
I think @londonmyst had an interesting childhood full stop!
My father was a chef from the time he was a teenager.
Decades of truly terrible food: yellow baked beans, green tomato ketchup and pineapple pizza. :yucky:
Made a fortune from capital crimes against cuisine. :bawling:

Come on now, pineapple on pizza isn’t that bad, the other stuff sounds vile though

I never had turkey twizzlers not because they were "banned", I was quite happy with the good quality homemade meals I already had.
